One of the most popular items in our bakeries, our Amish creamsticks (also known as eclairs or long johns) are a rich decadent treat. At approximately seven inches long, our homemade creamsticks will dwarf most commercial bakeries' pastries. The creamsticks (and all our bakery pastries) are fried in trans-fat free soybean oil then filled liberally with our light, fluffy bavarian cream. Baked and shipped from Ohio's Amish Country.
Each cream stick is individually wrapped and un-iced for easier transit (can freeze for later if desired). Your choice of frosting - packaged separately.
*Please note we ship Monday through Friday (closed Saturday & Sunday). FedEx Picks Up by 1:00 pm Eastern Time.

Best Cream Sticks!
Posted by Harold Brown on 26th Jan 2021
The cream sticks come individually wrapped with the icing separate. They are delicious. They packaged them really great for shipping all the way to North Dakota. It was nice to have a taste of back home. We will order them again soon!
A Delight in every bite

These are the best long Johns ever. They are filled with cream all the way through. No disappointment of running out of cream. The frostings are wonderful. Thick and creamy. The donut is not greasy....just heavenly bites of cake and cream and frosting.
Thank you ....these were sent to Florida. Perfect condition.

Our first experience was wonderful! So I ordered some myself. They were stale, I thought , a fluke, so I waited a month and ordered them again. STALE!! We are from Ohio, so we are acquainted with Amish baked goods We were very disappointed that they were stale. Spending $5.00 a cremestick is expensive, but for a taste of home, it seemed worth it. We were disappointed twice!!
Amazing Creamsticks Curbed Our Quarantine Cravings!
Posted by Sam on 4th Aug 2020
We were having problems getting our usual donuts during the pandemic, so I splurged on these. They were well worth the cost as an occasional treat and absolutely delicious. The cream was a little different than what we are used to, but it is very good. The cream is kind of like a whipped custard filling. I do prefer a more traditional buttercream filling. I do wish that was an option. I was a little concerned about how the donuts would fare shipping in the heat of summer, but they were packaged perfectly for maximum freshness. We live in Ohio so they arrived very quickly. Even a couple days after their arrival, they tasted freshly baked. I loved that the frosting was on the side, so it did not make a mess during shipping. Two HUGE tubs of frosting were included too with the purchase of a dozen cream sticks. So good! I highly recommend!
Great but not what I wanted

Ordered these for my Mom (I am in Maryland, she's in Ohio) ... they were great and HUGE. Very sweet but go great with a mug of coffee. Have frozen some (separate from frosting) so don't yet know how well that will work. Highly recommend, just be aware of how large they are! LOL
Just like I remember as a kid

Since moving to South Carolina thirteen years ago, I have not been able to find "cream sticks" (as we called them). As a child growing up in Massillon, Ohio, I remember stopping at the bakery after church to purchase a dozen and being allowed to devour one cream stick on my home. Then, I saw an advertisment for "Amish Long Johns" and . . . WOW! . . . I was a kid again!!!
