Preparation tips Prepare hams according to labeling or bake in a pre-heated 325 degree oven. We recommend placing the whole ham in a covered roasting pan with one inch of water for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. For smaller portions, the general rule of thumb is baking 18 to 20 minutes per lb of ham. Use a meat thermometer to check the ham - an internal temperature of 160 to 170 degrees is recommended.

I Baked this ham in a “turkey bag” and it was awesome! I used a recipe of balsamic vinegar, brown sugar and grainy mustard to coat the entire ham prior to baking!
