It was better than any "non-homemade" rhubarb pie I've had (my Mom was an excellent pie baker - so I am very biased)! I would like the pie a lot better if it had plenty more rhubarb in it. My very favorite pie is strawberry rhubarb my Mom made. She used a recipe using half strawberry and half rhubarb. I've most often seen advertised recipes using 75/25% mix. My rhubarb plants died off last year after ~ 50 years of giving. They were more tart than what other people might prefer.Thanks; Mike
