Is my Transaction Secure?
All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through our shopping cart through SAS 70 Type II certified servers and is automatically secured with high-grade encryption via SSL. Our store employs hacker deterrent security provisioning, three redundant network architectures and hardware firewalls. Once a purchase has been consummated an invoice will be generated describing the goods purchased, all costs assigned to the order. This invoice will be sent to your designated email address.
We use Authorize.net as our credit card processor and have done so for years without even one issue. Your credit card information is safe and secure!
Order status may be checked by contacting us at 1-800-852-2631, ext 1217 Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm Eastern Time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. Please have your Order# ready.

Canceling an Order
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled by contacting us at 1-800-852-2631, ext 1217 Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm Eastern Time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
When ordering, please check the shipping address carefully; incomplete or incorrect information may cause order processing or shipping delays. If you are sending a gift, we strongly encourage you to notify the recipient of the package’s arrival to ensure someone is available to accept delivery. If an order is delivered to an incorrect address or deemed undeliverable due to incomplete or inaccurate information or because no one is available to accept delivery, Dutchman Online Store is not responsible for replacement orders or refunds.
Dutchman Online Store ships via FedEx. FedEx delivers to residential addresses Monday through Saturday and commercial addresses Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays. FedEx normally picks up between noon and 1:00pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday.
Gift cards are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $1.50.
Because of surprise charges, such as duties and brokerage fees on shipments to Canada, we no longer accept Canadian orders.
Shipping Baked Items
To ensure freshness, we bake your order especially for you. Please note that we do not use preservatives in our products so the shelf life is far shorter than you would expect from other online bakery retailers. Because these are custom orders, please add one day to your expected delivery date. Bakery items need to be ordered by 2:00pm Eastern Time to ship the next day. If you are on a deadline, please call 1-800-852-2631, ext 1217 to discuss. We are available to take your call Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm Eastern time. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Shipping Meats or Chilled/Frozen Items
Perishable items that are chilled or frozen (meats, pies, pie fillings, etc.) must be placed in your refrigerator or freezer immediately on arrival. We package such items in insulated box liners with large ice bricks. FedEx Tracking numbers are sent out for your convenience. If the package is neglected or unopened after its arrival, Dutchman Online Store is no longer responsible for its freshness.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud.

There is a 6.75% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Ohio and based on your destination in Florida.
